" The problem is their "delivery" which consists of the operator taking pictures, which you are not shown and asked to sign the protocol. The protocol says that you confirm that the pictures are correct (and you are not told that this is happening). You think that the car is accepted. 24 hours later you receive a mail that they have found a damage in the pictures and they sent the "car" (read the pictures, I bet they rented out the car further) to external experts. The damage is a small scratch on the plastic wheel cover, which I am sure they will not change (because two other wheels were already scratched when I got the car, and correctly ignored, it means two other poor guys were already charged). They charged me some 50 € for new piece of plastic (very "good price"), which is a lot, but I apparently did scratch it, so O.K. What is not O.K. is that they told me that I must also pay € 60 as administration fee. That is all very bad, but still just strange and questionable practice. What is definitely not O.K. is that they took out from my bank 3 days ago the whole blocked sum of about 1300 € instead of their announced 110 €. I hope this is an error and I will contact them (I discovered it by chance today), otherwise we and they might be in deep trouble . Because this might be a good fraud financing - if I am ALAMO, I ALAMO empty the whole blocked sum on each damage, keep it until discovered, then return - and I ALAMO have an extra capital equal average number of yet undiscovered overdrawn "damages". I will suggest this to our "Norges Automobil-Forbund" and ask their lawyers for help. ALAMO have sent me a lot of documentation, and I have downloaded all their pictures and all their IT stuff, something what most people would not do (even I who work with IT used 2 hours for all that) "
