" Auto Europe should be more clear in telling the total amount of price. When a customer arrives at the car rental and is told that the insurance is from a third party and in case of damage you would have to contact someone else, he would rather spend extra money to be insured. Which in my case became double the price from what Auto Europe's website was showing. "
" Green motion has by far been the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I needed a car for 2 days (less than 48 hours) and on the website I found a cheap price with a car that I wanted. I even mentioned in my request that I wanted volkswagen passat, which was not availible at he moment. To top it up, I was pushed with so many extra insurances (which upon the order seemed to be covered) that the total rental price became double from what was showing on the website. The amount of fuel on the car was also close to empty when I got the car.... All in all this was not a good experience, since Green motion car rental had mediocre rating on different places and I still went through to try it. "
